Backing Up Your Responsible Pharmacist Data

There is a legal requirement to keep Responsible Pharmacist records for at least five years and the record must be available at the pharmacy to which it relates. To minimise the risk of you losing any Responsible Pharmacist data, as well as being included in the standard Pharmacy Manager backup:

• A separate record is created in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Responsible Pharmacist\RP.CSV, whenever a responsible pharmacist record is created or updated, and
• The C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Responsible Pharmacist\RP.CSV folder is automatically backed up separately and stored alongside the standard backup, typically with the day's backup name preceeded with RP, for example RP_D20191201-01.SRB.
